This post is a short lesson on how to build a successful presentation. My core message is simple: everything starts with a precise prompt. I created a prompt that can be used for any content domain. You can take this model, drop it into a platform like GPT, and ask it to switch the topic to whatever subject you want to explore, develop, and turn into a presentation.
In this example, I demonstrate a presentation about the future of banking. This is just an example, meant to illustrate the process and the type of outcome you can expect. It is important to note that I built the presentation inside one specific platform, but you can absolutely do the same using other platforms.
The first thing you need is the prompt itself. I attached it as a downloadable link so you can actually use it. Take the prompt, review it carefully, check which parts are relevant for you, and then place it into Gemini or GPT. Ask the platform to adapt the content to your own domain. This is the technique of prompt customisation for specific and personal needs.

Keep in mind that you can use this same prompt across multiple platforms such as Gamma, GenSpark, Copilot in PowerPoint, and you can even try feeding it into the Slides component inside NotebookLM.
One important point to emphasise: I am showing you the raw output you get from this process. If you want to create an excellent presentation, this is only the starting point. From here, you need to go into the slides, refine them, sharpen the messaging, and add depth. I know many people are looking for a magic tool that does everything for them, but that does not really exist. Once you have a solid draft, you need to actively work on it and elevate it. This is what we call Human in the Loop, or HITL.
